It is our intention to make life as easy for our valued members. We have therefore below compiled some of the most frequently asked questions in the hope we may be able to give you an instant answer to your enquiry.

1. How Can I become a VIP Member?
You can easily upgrade by clicking the user menu which can be accessed by clicking on the "person" button at the top right hand corner of the page. If you have uploaded a profile photo and it has been approved, then simply click your profile photo button at the top right hand side of the page. You will then be presented with a menu - simply click the VIP Upgrade link.

Upgrades are instant with three, six and twelve month subscriptions which are renewed automatically respectively but if you feel you need a little break, you can easily cancel your subscription which will stop any future re-billing, but fear not, your VIP privilages will run until it expires still allowing you access to all the wonderful VIP features.

For those who wish to become life long members can upgrade via bank transfer. More information is available on the VIP upgrade page.

2. Editing Profiles
You can edit your profile by clicking the user menu which can be accessed by clicking on the "person" button at the top right hand corner of the page. If you have uploaded a profile photo and it has been approved, then simply click your profile photo button at the top right hand side of the page. You will then be presented with a menu - simply click the "My Profile" link. Once you have done this, you will be presented with your profile page. And under your photo/avatar you will see the Edit Profile button.

Please Note: We do not allow nudity and you must follow our Community Guidelines.

3. Uploading Profile Photos
Uploading images is easy but please remember we do not permit nudity. You can find out more from our community guidelines page.

You can add a photo to your profile by clicking the user menu which can be accessed by clicking on the "person" button at the top right hand corner of the page. If you have uploaded a profile photo and it has been approved, then simply click your profile photo button at the top right hand side of the page. You will then be presented with your profile page - simply click the "Camera" button in the bottom left hand side of the grey avatar. Once you have done this simply follow the instructions.

4. Uploading Photo Albums
You can add photo albums to your profile by clicking the user menu which can be accessed by clicking on the "person" button at the top right hand corner of the page. If you have uploaded a profile photo and it has been approved - simply click your profile photo button at the top right hand side of the pageYou will then be presented with a menu - simply click the "My Pictures" link.

You will then be presented with the "My Albums" page. To create a new album click on "+ Add album" follow the simple instructions and save. To add a picture to an existing album, select the album by clicking on the album you wish to add images to and then click on "+ Add picture" link in the top right corner. Now you will be able to select a pictures from your device to upload. Once you have uploaded the photos.

5. Changing Password
You can easily change your password by clicking the user menu which can be accessed by clicking on the "person" button at the top right hand corner of the page. If you have uploaded a profile photo and it has been approved, then simply click your profile photo button at the top right hand side of the page. You will then be presented with a menu - simply click the "My Settings" link. Then follow the page, its quite self explanatory.

6. Changing Username
If you are a VIP Member, you can easily change your username by clicking the user menu which can be accessed by clicking on the "person" button at the top right hand corner of the page. If you have uploaded a profile photo and it has been approved, then simply click your profile photo button at the top right hand side of the page. You will then be presented with a menu - simply click the "My Settings" link. Then follow the page, its quite self explanatory.

7. Setting and Editing Matchmaker
You can access your Matchmaker settings by clicking the user menu which can be accessed by clicking on the "person" button at the top right hand corner of the page. If you have uploaded a profile photo and it has been approved - simply click your profile photo button at the top right hand side of the pageYou will then be presented with a menu - simply click the "My Matchmaker" link - Once you have selected your criteria click the Update button.

8. Messaging and Gifts
VIP Members can send unlimited messages and gifts. When on a members profile page that you would like to message. Click on the Send Quick Message button or the gift icon respectively.

Standard members can read unlimited messages and send unlimited gifts.

To read your messages simply click the envelope button from the buttons on the top right hand corner of the page.

9. Adding and Declining Friends
Once on the profile page of the member to which you would like to add as a friend, click the "Add to Friends" link. An email and online alert will be sent to the user you have requested as a friend and once the user in question accepts your friendship request, the user will be visible in your friends list.

10. Adding and Removing Favourites
Once on the profile page of the member to which you would like to add as a favourite, click the more button "..." link. An email and online alert will be sent to the user notifying them that you have added them to your favourites.

11. Blocking and Reporting Users
Once on the profile page of the member to which you would like to block or report, click the more button "..." link where you will be presented with a sub menu. Here you have options to block or report a user.

Please Note: Blocking from the profile page will not block the user from instant messenger where you will need to block them from also.

12. Stoping Email Notifications
The last thing we want is to Spam our members, so if you feel you are getting far too many email alerts from us. You can choose which emails to receive or cancel very easily by clicking the user menu which can be accessed by clicking on the "person" button at the top right hand corner of the page. If you have uploaded a profile photo and it has been approved, then simply click your profile photo button at the top right hand side of the page. You will then be presented with a menu - simply click the "My Settings" link. Then select the "Notifications" Tab, its quite self explanatory.

13. Deleting Accounts
You can cancel your account anytime by clicking the user menu which can be accessed by clicking on the "person" button at the top right hand corner of the page. If you have uploaded a profile photo and it has been approved, then simply click your profile button at the top right hand side of the page that shows your profile photo. You will then be presented with a menu - simply click the "My Settings" link. Then click the "Cancel Account" link. Once your account is cancelled it will not be visible to the public and will be queued to be deleted permanently.

Please Note: VIP subscription, you must cancel this yourself from the CCBill Support page to prevent re-billing.

14. Re-Billing
Billing is securely though CCBill or Bank Transfer only. We do not accept any other forms of payments currently. We offer three, six and twelve months subscriptions with a re-billing feature which prevents interruptions to the VIP Membership service. This can be cancelled easily. If subscription is cancelled before the re-billing date, you will not be re-billed.

Refunds: We allow free members without charge to view other members profiles, other functions and features an unlimited period. This allows members all the time needed to decide if they want to try out the site and services before purchasing a subscription, including allowing members to view member profiles, numbers of members, member gender and other statistics relating to this site. We therefore only give refunds under the most extreme circumstances. Should a refund be issued by CCBill, all refunds will be credited solely to the payment method used in the original transaction. CCBill will not issue refunds by cash, check, or to another credit card or payment mechanism.

Please Note: Refunds will not be given if the user has user used any messaging function of our site.


15. Chargebacks
If you are unhappy then please talk to our support team who may be able to help you. Chargeback claims if found to be false can have serious legal ramifications and can result in legal action against you if we or our payment vendors find evidence to contradict a chargeback claim.

Important: We have an active Anti-Fraud Team that investigates every chargeback claim and those found to be false will have legal ramifications for claims against you for damages no matter how big or small. If we feel a chargeback claim is fraudulent, we will present information/evidence in a court of law to support our case which we feel is false or deceptive. Therefore it is important for you to ensure your chargeback claim is genuine.
